': Y.atterjohn, I:Iayor, be, ar.-I tie is hereby authorized and empowered to purchase certain property belonging- to Roy Stewart and h:is :rife, Catherine Steuart, located at Nineteenth Street, if extended, and Broadway Street, on the North side of Broadway in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, and being Lot 7'r18, Bloch 1, Fountain lark Addition to the City of Paducah, Yentucky, a particular description of which is set out in a deed this day executed by Roy Steuart and wife, Catherine Stewart, to the .City of Paducah, Kentucky. SFCTIORI 2. That upon the execution and delivery of a General Ylarranty Deed for said property to the City of Paducah, Y.entucky, by the said Roy Stewart and wife, Catherine Ste1vart, and when said Deed of Conveyance is accepted by a Resolution of the Board of Commissioners, the Commissioner of Public Finance is authorized and directed to pay to the said Roy Stewart and his wife, Catherine Stewart, the stun of Seventeen Hundred(5p1700,.00) Dollars, and charge same to the Third District Sevier Account.
