The ?:'ayor and Commissioner of Fublic Finance ,re hereby anthor- ized and directed -to borrow on behalf of, and for the use and benefit of the City of Iaducah, from the City National Bank of Faducah, Yortuc].y, the sum of Fifteen Thousand (•?15,000.00) Dollars, to bear interest at th rate of 6 per annum, and said sum so borro'aed is hereby placed to the credit of the eneral Fund of said City.
