WHEREAS, there has been voted b;; the electors of the City of raducah, Hentucky, Third District Sewer Bonds, amounting to the sum of Six Hundred Thousand (,x600,000.00) Dollars, for the purrose of con- structing trunk line sewers in said Sewer District; and, 7.T11 --REAS, said bonds have been sold for more than par and accrued interest, and that the construction of said sewers is to begin as soon as possible; and, 9IrR ELS, an Ordinance has boen duly adopted by the Board of Commissioners, establishing, describing and designating the route of said trunk lire sewers; and, WHEREAS, the route, established by the Board of Commissioners for said trunk line sewers runs along, over and under the prol erty- owned b;; the persons hereinafter set out; and, 7H i3r�S, it is necessary, in order to construct said trunk line servers for Sub -Divisions 1. B. and C., of Serer District .lumber Three, to condemn certain property in said Cit;-; and, "III ?Ek S,, it is deemed absolutely necessary and essential by the Board of Commissioners that the hereinafter describe. property be condemned for the purpose of procuring a right-of-way for said trunk line sewers; now, therefore, - BE IT RESOLVED BY TIDE BOARD 01' CCi.l'.IISaIOK., S OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, XEIITUCKY: SECTION 1. That the following property, of the person hereinafter set out, be condemned, as provided by lain, for the puri ose of procuring a right of ,,.,a,, for the construction of trunk line sewers for Sub -Division r. B. and C. of Sewer District ?.umber Three. The I:ayor is hereby authorized to procure, if possible, from the property owners herein, said riaht of wad-, subject to the aprroval of the Board of Commissioners. SACT IOII 3. In the event said rirrht of riay can not be procured in the manner set out herein, then the City Solicitor is hereby ordered, directed and authorized to proceed to condemn any, or all of said property set out herein for a rimht of wa•- for said trunk line sewers, as is provided by the lairs of the State of Kentucky.
