WHEREAS, there has been voted by the electors of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, Third District Sewer Bonds, amounting to the sum of
six Hundred Thousand (8600,000.00) Dollars, for the purpose of con-
structing trunk, line sewers in said Sewer District; and,
^H.�v EAS, said bonds have been sold for more than par and accrued
interest, and that the construction of said sewers is to begin as soon
as possible; and,
17 MEAS, an Ordinance has been duly adopted by the Board of
Commissioners, establishing, describing and designatinfz the route of
said trunk line sewers; and,
�.7HEREAS, the route, established by the Board of Commissioners
for said trunk lire sewers, runs along, over and under the property
owned by the persons hereinafter set out; and,
.RREAS, it is necessary, in order to construct said trunk line

7HEREAS, it is deemed absolutely necessary and essential by the

Board of Commissioners that the hereinafter described property be condemn-
ed for the purpose of procuring a right-of-way for said trunk line sewers;
now, therefore, -

S:CTION 1.
That the following property, of the persons hereinafter set -out, be'
condemned, as provided by law, for the purpose of procuring a right-of-
way for the construction of trunk line sewers for Sub -Divisions A. B. and
C. of Sewer District Number Three. The owner of said property, the
average length of the richt-of-way over said property, the outside dia-
meter of said se-.:rer, ana the depth of said sewer on said property, is as
follows, to -wit:

The Jmyor is hereby authorized to procure, if possible, from the
property owners herein, said right-of-way, subject to the approval of the
Ordinance No.--

S CTION 3.
In the event said right-of-way can not be procured in the
manner set -out herein, then the City Solicitor is hereby ordered, di-
rected and authorized to proceed 'to condemn any, or ell of said proper-
ty set -out herein for a right-of-way for said trunk line seders, as is
provided by the laws of the State of Kentucky.
SECTIOrd 4.
This Resolution shall be
in forco and effect from and after its
passage, record and publication.
