That because of business and financial conditions existing with the Railroads of the Co.,ntry, that the time for the beginning of the con- structi.on of the depots, as provided in said.Ordinance as above referred to, be extended toApril 1, 19231 at which time the said ?railroad Com- pany shall begin the construction of depots as rrovided in said Ordi- nar.ce, in good faith, and complete same as soon as practicable. s CTTOU 2.
