I, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: I SECTION 1. A. 17ashington, Commissioner of Public Property, and he is hereby 'i lauthorized and directed to execute and sign applications for permit to s7ithdraw alcohol, free of tax, under Title 3 of the National Prohibition Act, to be used by Riverside Hospital Training School for Nurses. WHEREAS, there has been a petition filed with the Board of Commis- sioners by property owners, and responsible consumers, asking; for an ex- tension of the water mains on Greer Avenue from Eleventh Street to Twelfth Street, a distance of approximately 38b feet; and there appearing: to be at lust three responsible consumers t�or every 300 feet of pipe extension No. —9111 Ordinance No. ------ thereon who agree, in writing, to take, use and pay for wateratthe established rates for a term of not less than two years as soon as the mains are laid; now, therefore, - BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONnMS OF Tla,' CITY OF PADUCAH, XENTUCXY: SECTION 1. That the Paducah ',eater Company be, and it is hereby authorized and required to extend its water mains on Greer Averne from Meverth Street to Twelfth Street, a distance of approximately 388 feet. SECTION 2. That said extension of said water mains shall be made immediately: upon the adoption and publication of this?esolntion. SECTION 3.
