The City National Bank, Mechanics' trust & Savinos Bank and
the Ohio Valley Trust Company are each hereby, designated and appointed
a depository for the City of Paducah, Kentucky, :dor the Third ')istrict
Sewer Fund.
SACTTnN 2.
