OF IADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That it shall be unlawful for any person, or persons,
owning, controlling or operating any automobile, buggy, or other
vehicle, to park or leave the same standing on Broadway Street, from
First Street to Seventh Street, on either side thereof, in the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, for a longer time than fifteen (15) minutes.
SECTIOIi 2.
The provisions of this'Ordinance do not apply to vehicles
and automobiles owned and used by the merchants on Broadway Street,
between First Street and Seventh Street, in loading and unloading good
mares and merchandise in the transaction of their business.
SECTION 3,
Any person, or persons, viol"tin7 the provisions of this
Ordinance shall be fined in any stun not less than Five (;;5.00) Dollars
nor more than Twenty (11;20.00) Dollar§, for each offense.
SECTION 4.
Kill Ordinances, t -arts of ordinance, which are ir_ conflict
he-re'Iith, are, to the extent of ouch conflict, hereby repealed.
