BE IT ORDAINED BY THF BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That Section 6 of an Ordinance entitled, AN ORDINANCE DETER-
MINING THE FUNCTIONS OF THE DEFARTI:'ENT OF rUBLIC AFFAIRS, PUBLIC FINANCE,

PUBLIC SAFETY, PUBLIC PROPERTY, PUBLIC "CORKS, AND PRESCRIBING THE DUTIES

OF THE COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY," adopted January
!10th, 1922, be, and the same is hereby amended as follows, to -wit:
The Commissioner of Public Property shall have charge and
supervision of the City Physician and Assistant City Physician.
SECTTION 2.
This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage,
