Section 1. That there is hereb,7 levied for the year 1915 upon the
taxable property within the City of PaducRh, Kentucky, -real and per-
sonal , an advalorem tax of x;;1.30, pursuant to Section 157 of the
State Constitution, and 401, pursuant to Section 26, Chapter 137 of the
1912 Acts of the General assembly of the Commontealth of lentucky,
making ;x1.70 on each one hundred dollars north of said real and per-
sonal property in -the City of Paducc"n, Xentuciy; and there is also
levied a poll tax of ;1.50 on each male resident of t',e City over
twenty-Ine (21) years of age for tl-.e year 1915.
Section 2. That the rate of taxation for each item of expenditure,
as heretofore apportioned azd set out by Ordinance, shall be on each
one hundred dollars worth of said property as follows, tD _v.it:

Section 3. That all -revenue derived froi:; licenses or other sources
collected and paid to the Commissioner of Public Finance shall be
distributed to their respective accounts in the same proportion as the
advalorem tax, as hereinbefore provided for, e:_cept sources of revenue
which have not been considered ill making up the apportions -nein Ordin�.;ce
and 'in the event of the collection of azy revenue thich was not con-

shall be credited to the department thru which such source of revenue
is collected.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage.
