be raised relative to the validity of any ordinance adopted

THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Commission-
e-rs'of the City of Paducah:
That, the !-ews-Democrat be, and the same is now designated
and declared to be the official of the City of
Pcducah, until tl:e ist of -pril 1916, under Vie _:rovisions
of the ordinance now in force.
