WHEREAS, the City Clerk of the City of Paducah has, by Ordinance of the City of Paducah, been placed in the Department of Commissioner of Public Finance; and, V.HEREAS, it is deemed expedient that said City Clerk should maintain his office in connection with and in the office of the Commissioner of Public Finance of the City of Paducah; and, V;HERE1_S, said Clerk is now under a bond of Ten Thousand 010,000.00) Dollars for the faithful performance of his duties as such City Clerk and for the keeping of the records of the General Council and Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah; and, V,'HEREAS, the custody of said records and the keeping of said records has been placed in the Department of Public Finance, - now, therefore - BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COIUJISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: Section 1. That Section 4 of said Ordinance be, and the same is, hereby repealed. Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
