A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE SIDEVIALKS,
CURBS AND GUTTERS, AND ALL NECESSARY idANHOLES, INTAKES, S ,'TIERS AND CATCH

1,MEREAS, it is a necessity and desired by the property c::ners, that
the sidewalks on both sides of Sixteenth street from the north property
line of Broadway to the south property line of Jefferson street, in the
city of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by constructing concrete side-
walks, curbs and gutters, together with all necessary manholes, intakes,,
sewers and catch basins -now, therefore:
BE IT. RESOLVED. BY THE BOARD OF CU zISSIOTIERS OF TF6 CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
Section 1. That both sides of Sixteenth street from the north
property line of Broadway to the south property line of Jefferson street,
in the city of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by constructing concrete
sidewalks, glitters and curbing, together with all necessary manholes,
intakes, catch basins and sewers thereon, and all of which to be paid
for by the abutting property owners, upon the ten year payment plan,
and that the City Solicitor be instructed to draft a.n ordinance in
accordance with this -resolution, for the construction thereof.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect and. be in force
five days after its passage, record aria publication.
