KENTUCKY, AND FIXING THEIR SAD RIES, PMI'ERS AND DUTIES", ADOPTED BY THE BOARD. 'OF COLa.iISSIONERS JANUARY 4, 1915 AND RECORDED IN THE ORDIN1i!ICE BOOK OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH OIi JANUARY 4, 1915. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COi;II._ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: - Section 1. That subsection One of Section 1 of an Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance providing for the appointment or retention by the Board of Commissioners of certain city officers, agents and employees of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, and fixing their salaries, powers and duties", passed by the Board of Commissioners January 4th, 1915 and recorded by the City Clerk on January 4, 1915, be, and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom the words: " A secretary and stenographer to the Mayor, Commissioner of Public Property and the City Solicitor, who shall perform such duties as may be required of him by the Idayor, Commissioner of Public Property end the City Solicitor. He shall receive a salary of Seventy-five 075.00) Dollars per month" - and adding in lieu thereof the following words, to -wit: " a secretary and stenographer to the Mayor, and also a secretary and stenographer to the Commissioner of Public Property, Com missioner of Public Safety and the City Solicitor, and who shall perform such duties as may be required of them by the Mayor, the Commissioner of Public Safety, the Commissioner of Public Property and the City Solicitor. They shall each receive a salary of Sixty-two dollars and fifty cents ($62.50) per month." So that said Section of said Ordinance when so amended shall read as follows, to -wit; Shbsection 1. SECRETARY AND STENOGRAPHER TO THE I,iAYOR, COhMISSION7_R OF PUBLIC PROPERTY AND CITY SOLICITOR. There shall be appointed by the Board of Commissioners a Secretary and Stenographer to the P.iayor, and also a Secretary and Stenog- rapher to the Commissioner of Public Property, Commissioner of Public Safety and the City Solicitor, and who shall perform such duties as may be required of them by the Pdayor, the Commissioner of Public Safety, the Commissioner of Public Property and the City Solicitor. They shall each receive a salary of Sixty-two dollars and fifty cents (062.50) per month, and shall be required to perform such additional duties as may be required of them from time to time by the Board of Commissioners."
