That the south side of Husband street from the nest proporty line of Sixth street to the east property line of Seventh street, and both sides of Seventh street from the south aroperty line of Husband street to! a point one hundred (100) feet south of i.iurray Avenue, in the city of i Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by constructing concrete siderialks, gutters and curbing, together with all necessary um.nholes,'intakes, catch basins and severs thereon, and all of which to be Paid for by the abutting - 1 property ormers upon the ten ,year payment Plan, and that the City Solicitor be instructed to draft an ordinance in accordance with this Resolution for the construction thereof.
