WHEREAS, it is a necessity and desired by the property owners, that the sidewalks on the test side of Goebel Avenue from the east property line of Guthrie Avenue to a point where the south curb line of . l'Iorten's Avenue, if extended, would intersect the west property line of Goebel Avenue, and on the east siAe of Goebel Avenue from the north curb line of Tennessee street to the south curb line of Worten's Avenue, in P the city of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by constructing concrete side No. Ordinance walks, curbs and gutters, together with all necessary manholes, intakes, sewers and catch basins - now, therefore; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COM-IISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF , PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: Section 1. That the west side of Goebel Avenue from the east property line of Guthrie Avenue to a point where the south curb line Of Worten's Avenue, if eytended, would intersect the west property line of Goebel Avenue, and the east side of Goebel Avenue from the north curb line r of Tennessee street to the south curb line of "lorten's Avenue, in the city . of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by constructing concrete sidevialks, gutters and curbing, together with all necessary manholes, intakes, catch basins and sewers thereon, and all of which to be paid for by the abutting property owners upon the ten year payment plan, and that the City Solicitor be instructed to draft an ordinance in accordance with this Resolution, for i the construction thereof.
