At a meeting of the Directors of the Paducah Water Company, held
at the office of the Company on the 24th day of March, 1919, among others
the following proceedings were had.
Upon motion duly seconded and carried it was resolved;
"That, Hruscoe Burnett be, and he is, authorized and directed
to appoint an appraiser for the Paducah ':rater Company, to act on
its behalf in valuing its property, and- said Burnett is further
i empowered and authorized- to represent this Company in any and
all matters relatinS to the appraisal and valuation of the
Property of the Company, vfith the vied of the City of Paducah
purchasing same, and he may make agreements and do other needful
acts to accomplish such purpose. "
I, Louis S. Rieke, Secretary Paducah ::'ater ComPzr_y, certify that
the foregoing is a true and perfect copy of the Resolution duly and
regularly adopted by the Board of Directors of the Paducah V!ate-r Company,
and I have recorded the same among its minutes.
