PADUCuH, ZENTUCKY:
Section 1.
That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to sign and
e-ecute in behalf of the CITY OF PADUCrH the agreement this day effected
between said City and the PADUCAfi TATER C01n"2taVY, to the effect that the
award of appraisers to be appointed by the said City and the Paducah ldater
Company shall be delivered to said parties on July 1st, 1920.
Section 2.
This Resolution shall take effect from and after its
Passed by the Board of Commissioners 3/29/1919.
