i1HEREAS, it is a necessity and desired by the proporty holders,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF-CO'.2-IISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, INTUCKY:
Section 1. That the driveways on -Fifth street from the south
property line of Kentucky Avenue to the north _property line of Norton
street, in the city of Paducah, 'Llentucky, be reconstructed of concrete,
bitulithic, asphalt, tarvia or vitrified brick., as may be determined by
the Board of Commissioners as the best and most economical material for
the construction thereof, and all of which shall be done upon the ten
year payment plan and assessed against the abutting oroperty holders
thereon, on both sides thereof.
- Section 2. That the City Solicitor is hereby directed to b'rin
in an ordinance for the construction of said work at the next regular
meeting after the adoption a-na publication of this Resolution, accordin_;
to 1 aw.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect five days after i
its passage and record.
