WHEREAS, it is a necessity and desired by the property holders, that the driveways on Jefferson street from the east property line of Seventeenth street (or Fountain Avenue) to the west property line of Twenty --Fifth street, in the city of Paducah, Rintneky, be reconstructed of improved paving material- now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BO_ RD OF C01.1iI S`II OVERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, IC.P?TUCZY: Section 1. That the driveways on Jefferson street from the east property line of Seventeenth street (or Fountain Avenue) to the west property line of Twenty-fifth street, being approximately 3210 linear feet, in the city of Paducah, Kentucky, be reconstructed of concrete, bitulithic, asphalt, tarvia or vitrified_ brick, as icy be determined by the Board of Commissioners as the best and most economical hateria.l for the construction thereof, and all of which shall be clone upon the ten year payment plan and assessed against the abutting property holders thereon, on both sides thereof, extent the Paducah Traction company shall pay such portion of the construction thereof as may be required -by operation of law. Section 2. That the City Solicitor is hereby directed to bring in an ordinance for the construction of said w arrk at the next regular meeting after the adoption and publication of this resolution, according to law. Section 3.
