'`JHEREAS, it is a necessity and desired by the property holders, that
the driveways on Broadway street from the east property line of Seventeenth
street (or Fountain Avenue), or the end of the present bit-alithic street
imurovement, to the tiiest pr opert;J line of Twenty-fifth street, in the
city of Paducah, Kentucky, be reconstructed of improved paving material -
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COIr:iISSIONERS OF TIE CITY OF PADUC_.H,
KEITUCKY:

Section 1. I

.Seventeenth street (or Fountain Avenue), or the end of the present bitu-
lithic street improvement, to the west property line of Trjenty-fifth
street, approximately 3210 linear feet, in the city of Paducah, Kentucl'7,
be reconstructed of concrete, bitulithic, as-ohalt, tarvia or vitrified
brick, as may be determined by the Board of Commissioners as the best ana
most economical material for the construction thereof, and all of '.which
shall be done upon the ten year payment plan and assessed against the
abutting property holders thereon, on both sides thereof, e::eept the
Paducah Traction Company shall pay such no-rtion of the construction thereof
as may be -requirea by operation of law.
Section 2.
That the City Solicitor is horeb% directed to bring in an ordinance for

adoption and Publication of this resolution, according to law.
