BE IT ORDAIVED BY TIT: BOARD OF C O'E.4IS S IONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH , YENTUCKY: Section 1. That it shall hereafter be unlawful for ani person or persons, firm, company or corporation, to obstruct, in any un.nner whatever, any fire plug within the city limits of Paducah, by leaving, within twenty (20) feet of said fire plugs, any automobile, wagon, baggy, team or other vehicle, or any boxes, debris or timbers of any character, or any other thing or material that *.rill obstruct or hinder the free use of and access to said fire plugs by the fire department or any other department of the City of Paducah. Section 2. Any person violating this ordinance shall be fined in any sum not less than five (r5) nor exceeding fifty (ti . ?'50) dollars. Section 3.
