Be it Ordained by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Paducah, Zentucicy:
Section I. - That Section 9 of an ordinance entitled, "1_n
Ordinance Governing and ?egalating Buriz.ls, and the Disinterments and -
Re -interment of Boalies" iia Oak' Grove Cemetery, and 1_d.dition or l.dditions
thereto, and fixing the charges or price for sane," approved October 23,'
1909, be, and the same is hereby amended by stril-_inS therefrom the
_ollorring figures: "t.T4.00," and inserting in lieu thereof the figures:
"; 5.00," and by striking therefrom the figures . "„3.00,” and inserting
in lieu thereof the figures: ";;4.00," so that said section when so
amended shall read a.s follows, to -wit:
Section 9.
The charges, or cost for opening and closing the grave of an
adult shall be ?5.00, and for a child ..,4.00, which shall be paid by the
person having same done into the City Treasury.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and record.
