KATUCK:
Section I.
That hereafter it shall be unlawful for any individual, firm Or
corporation to sell, handle, or offer for sale any second-hand clothing
or any rearing apparel whatever, within the corporate limits of the City,
of Paducah, without first thoroughly cleansing, sterilizing and .Sin-
fecting such clothing- . and each sale or offer for sale of articles W
so cleansed, sterilized and disinfected shall be deemed a separate
offense.
Section II.
say person violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction in the City Court, shall be
fined in any sum not exceeding Twenty-five (025) dollars for each
offense.
Section III.
This ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage
and record, and all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
