Burns continue as Commissioner of Public Affairs, as designated and required by law; that 17. Armour Gardner be sel-scted as Commissioner of Public ''Uorhs; that James L. 17ooldridge be selected as Commissioner of Public Safety; Thomas D. Hazelip as Commissioner of Public Property; and 17•ynn Tully as Commissioner of Publia Finance. Section 2. That each of said Commissioners ,,,,hen so selected shall take charee of the affairs of the department to which he has been assigned. Section 3.
