ViHEREAS, it is deemed advisable to purchase a motor cycle in order that operators of automobiles violating the traffic laws of the State and City may be apprehended, and that said machine may be used as an emergent_: car for various other purposes; and, HERErS, E. T. Bourquin has an Indian I:iotor Cycle, fully electri- cally equipped, that cost 115.00 new, and has offered to sell sane to the City at a price of V200.00; now; therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOaRD OF COL17ISSI0IJERS OF THE CITY OF Ptb.DUC<,H, XrF,1dTUCKY: Section 1. That the City purchase said motor cycle from said E. T. Bourquin and pay him therefor the sum of Two Hundred (�P'200) Dollars. Section 2. That the Commissioner of Finance be instructed to issue voucher for the purchase price of said car to said E. T. Bourquin. Section 3. This Resolution to take effect from and after its passage.
