I. W. Bernheim and Bernard Bernheim, Tho have upon each recurring year so generously remembered the indigent citizenship of the city of their former residence. That the City congratulates them upon their high sense of patriotism, and that this Board extends its most cordial thanks in behalf of the citizenship of this city for the generosity manifested in donating twelve hundred bushels of coal to the indigent poor of the city of Paducah, and vouchsafe for These esteemed donors the best rashes of all their beneficiaries, and rashes them many years of continued prosperity and 'happiness.
