And provided, however, that walls averaging not e;cceeding fifteen (15) feet in height and not less than nine (9) inches in thickness may be built adjacent and parallel to other %,alas on either side thereof, where such other walls are not less than thirteen (13) inches in- thickness, above the surface of the ground; said walls to be built of masonry, as nor: required for the erection of walls in the fire district of the City of Paducah. rd provided, further, that the roof support over said walls shall be of masonry or steel construction. _nd it is further provided that in the event that openings or doors shall be made from one building into another, that same shall have double approved fire doors for the protection of such buildings, or equipped with metal sash and wire glass in wir_dows", so that said ordinance when so amended shall read as follows, to-vit: Sec. 43.
