CITY OF PADUCAH, XEIITUCKY:
Section 1. That it 'shall be unlawful for any person whomsoever to
place or post any. advertisement, bill, poster or card on any telegraph,

electric or other poles, in the City of Paducah, within the following
limits: from 7ashington street to ?-Tonroe street and from First to Twelfth
street, and all streets included within said boundary.
Section 2. That any person violating the provisions of the foregoing
section shell be subject to a fine of not less than five dollars nor more
than tell dollars, and each advertisement placed within the said boundary
as herein prohibited shall be deemed a separate offense.
Section 3. This ordinance s1:w11 take effect within five days :from its
passage and publication.
