That the wages of the Lineman and Fireman at the City Light Plant be increased at the rate of Five (;,,5.00) Dollars each per month from this date for the balance of the year 1917. Sec. 2. BE IT RESOLVED: That the Fidelity & Deposit Co. of New York be and it is hereby released of any liability on account of any bond it may have signed for Harry C. Rhodes, George Bernhard, M. J. Yopp and W. A. Calhoun, as members of the Park Board, said liability and release to be dated back to and in force as of May 15, 1917, no liability exist- ing after that date under .said bonds, -and that the bonds of the U. S. Fidelity & Guaranty Co. on Geo. Bernhard and H: C. Rhodes, in their positions as members of said Park Board, and of the National Surety Co. on M. J. Yopp and W. A. Calhoun as members of the Park Board, be and they are hereby approved and accepted, all of said bonds dating back to May 15, 1917. Adopted by the Board of Commissioners August 20, 1917.
