WHEREAS, it is deemed a necessity and desired by the property ovmers
on both sides of Liadison street from the West curb line of 17th street,
or Fountain Avenue, to the West curb line of Nineteenth street, and on
the North side of Idadison street from the West curb line of Ilineteenth
street to a point 280 feet {'Jest of said Nineteenth street, that concrete
sidewalks, together with granite curbs and gutters, and all necessary
manholes, intakes, catch basins slid sewers, be constructed thereon -
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF C01,1TISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCal-1 , KE14TUCXY :
Section 1.
That both sides of I.adison street from the West curb lire of 17th
street, or Fountain Avenue, to the West curb line of 19th street, and on
the North side of Madison street from the West curb line of 19th street
extending west to a point 280 feet west of said Nineteenth street, in
the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by constructing concrete side-
walks, together with granite curbs and gutters, and all necessary
manholes, intakes, catch basins and sewers thereon, and all to be done at
the expense of the abutting property owners, upon the ten year payment
plan- and the City Solicitor is hereby directed to bring in an ordinance
for the construction thereof.
Section 2.
This Resolution shall take effect five days after its passage, record
and publication.
