D. HENDRICK, CLERK, ON MAY 30th, 1917, AND PUBLISHED ON MAY 31st, 1917. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: Section 1. That an ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING ANY WATER COMPANY SUPPLYING WATER TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH OR TO ANY OF THE CITIZENS THEREOF, UNDER A PUBLIC FRANCHISE, TO RENEW! OR REPLACE, AT ITS OWN EXPENSE, SERVICE PIPES EXTF21DING FROM THE MAINS OF SUCH WATER COMPANY TO THE PROPERTY LINES OF WATER CONSUMERS TAKING WATER FROM SUCH COMPANY, UP0I4 NOTICE SO TO DO BY THE COMMISSIONER OF PUBLIC WORKS, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE FAILURE SO TO D0", passed by the Board of Commissioners May 30, 1917, recorded by H. D. Hendrick, Clerk, on May 30, 1917, and published in the official newspaper on May 31, 1917, be and the same is hereby repealed. Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here- with are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and record.
