Section 1.
That both sides of Ninth street from the North curb line of
Monroe street to the South curb line of Trimble street, in the city of
Poducah, Kentucky, be improved by constructing concrete sidewalks,
t
together with granite curbs and gutters and all necessary manholes,
intakes, catch basins and servers thereon, and all of which to be paid
for by the abutting property holders upon the ten year paymert•placi, and
that the City Solicitor be instructed to draft an ordinance in accordance
with this Resolution for the construction thereof.
Section 2.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COI.MISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUC=H, XEUTUCKY:
Section 1.
That an ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE
COIa1PELLING OF ANY 'T ATER COLIPbNY, CORPORATION OR INDIVIDUAL TO Cli,dIGE OR
RE -LOCATE ANY WATER MAIN OR PIPE", passed by the Board of Commissioners
August 14, 1916, and recorded on August 15, 1916, be and the same is
hereby repealed.
Section 2.
All notices and other proceedings taken under said repealed
ordinance are hereby declared nugatory and of no effect.
Section 3.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
its passage and record.
