07.50 per annum; stalls numbers 10 and 10+-, •'62.50 per annum; and the
balance of said stalls, to -crit: 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 0, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and
18, shall be .✓125.00 per annum. The stalls and benches on the outside of
the inner enclosed portion of said L;arket House, hereinbefore provided
for, shall be rented as follows, to -wit: wall benches, :1, B, C, D, E,
, G and H, W%0.00 per annum, each; benches numbers 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26,
27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 63, 54, 55 and 56
shall be rented for w50.00 per annum each; benches numbers 33, 34, 35, 36,
37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 57, 56, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67
and 68 shall be rented for v30.00 per annum each. M of which benches
and stalls, both in the inner enclosed and outer enclosed .portion of said
Liarket House, together with the prices charged therefor, are shown by
plat or map of some onfile in the office of the Commissioner of Finance.
But when any of said end or outside benches at either or both ends of
said market place are not occupied by the lessee or lessees thereof, any
farmer marketer may occupy and use the same free of charge. Ido person
shall use or occupy any stall or bench for the use of which a license
charge is herein imposed, except those specifically permitted herein to
use same, ti,ithout paying a license fee for the use thereof.
Section 2 This ordinance shall tale effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication. -
