Section 1. That filbert arts be and he is hereby relieved of his duties
as Server Inspector of the City of Paducah and his services terminated.
Section 2. That R. A. Gourieuy be appointed Sewer Inspector of the
City of Paducah to fill the vacancy caused by the dismissal of the
said -lbert nrts.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its
passa.-e.
passed by the Board of Commissioners Jan. 22, 1917.
