have been eliminated from further consideration; and, ^

and occupies a most enviable position in her location, and meeting

of the First Congressional District of Eentu a_y, that the City of
Paducah is the most desirable and logical place for the location of
said plant; and,

Representative in Congress from siA d Congressional District, are, and
of right should be, vitally interested in seeing that said Plant is
located at Paducah, their home district, and which has always delighted
in honoring each of them in all political preferments t'r_&t they have
aspired to; and,

they have the right and are at liberty to call upon each of said gentle-
men for their personal and political support and influence in the
selection of the location of said Plant; now, therefore,
