T. NEELEY AS _ AUDITOR OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH. WHEREAS, the office of Auditor and Treasurer of the City of Paducah was abolished by an ordinance passed by the Board of Com- missioners on December 14, 1916, and WHEREAS, by said ordinance the office of Auditor was created, now, therefore - BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COI-ILISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KEIITUCKY: Sec. 1. That Wym1 Tully be, and he is hereby relieved of his duties as Auditor and Treasurer of the City of Paducah, and his services terminated. Sec. 2. That T. T. Heeley be, and he is hereby appointed Auditor of the City of Paducah, and he sl -all assume his duties as such immediately upon the passage of this Resolution. Sec. 3. ' That the Auditor of the City of Paducah shall give bond, with good and approved surety thereon, to be approved by the head of the Department in which he is employed, to the Commo=7ealth of Kentucky, for the use and benefit of the City of Paducah, for the faithful performance of his duties, in the amount of Five Thousand (y5,000.00) Dollars.
