That the services of Dr. 1. J. Dass as City Physician of the
City of Paducah be and the szmie are hereby terminated and he is hereb„T
relieved of all his duties as such City Physician.
Be it further resolved that Dr. E. :". Jackson be and he is hereby
appointed City Physician of the City of PBduaahLo fill the vacancy
caused by the termination of the services of jr. �,. J. Bass.
Bhis _resolution shall take inunediate effect upon its passage.
