BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COI,IIIISSIOIIERS OI' TliE CITY OF

That F7. n. Berry be hereby relieved of his duties as City
Solicitor of the City of Paducah, and his, services terminated.
That John K. Hendricks be, and he is hereby appointed City
Solicitor of the City of Paducah, XentucR:y to fill the vacancy caused
by the above dismissal, and he shall assume the duties of his office
immediately upon the passage of this Resolution.
This Resolution to take effect upon its passage and record.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners December 5, 1916.
Recorded by H. D. Hendricks, Clerk December 6, 1916.

Sec. 1. That Othello Tanner, the present Elevator Operator of ` y
the City Hall Elevator of the City of Paducah, be and he is hereby
relieved of his duties arid his services terminated.
Sec. 2. That Joe t'illiams be, and he is hereby appointed
Elevator Operator to fill the vacancy caused by the dismissal of Othello
Tanner.
Sec. 3. That this Resolution take ef£e�3_t immediately upon its
passage.

dismissal of James C. Cheek.
Sec. 3. That this Resolution take effect irurediately upon its passage,
and said, David Brovininl~ to assume the duties of his office at once.
