Sec. 1. That J. 0. Keebler be, and he is hereby relieved of his
duties as Superintendent of the City Light Plant and his services ter-
minated.
Sec. 2. That 'J. H. Force be, and he is hereby appointed as
a Superintendent of the City Light Plant to fill the vacancy caused by
the dismissal of J. 0. Keebler- and said W. h. Force to assume the
duties of sLdd position immediately upon the passage of this resolution.
Sec. 3. This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and
record'.

Section 1. That Polk Sitter be and he is hereby relieved of his
duties as I.Iarket I.iaster of the City of Paducah and his services terminated
Section 2. That Roy L. Hurt be, and. he is hereby appointed I:iarket

I.1aster of the City of Paducah to fill the vacancy caused by the dismissal
of Polk Ritter, and said Roy L. Hurt is to assume the duties of said
t position immediately upon the passage of this Resolution.
Section 3. This Resolution shall tal=e effect upon its passage and
record.
