BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COI.u.IISSIOUERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUC_�H, MiTUCKY:
That the present Cite Jailer of the City of Paducah, Samuel
Simon, be and he is hereby relieved of his duties as such Jailer and his
services terminated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Fred Swenter be and he is hereby
apppinted to the position of City Jailer of the Citi: of Paducah to fill
the vacancy caused thereby.
This Resolution to take immediate effect upon its passage, and
said Fred Swenter to assume his duties as City Jailer of the City of
Paducah at once.

WEEREAS, Frank Dunn is experienced in the duties of the
office of City Weigher of the City of Paducah, and has given general
satisfaction in the performance of his duties as such City 'Ieigher, in
charge of the City Scales- now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that said Frank Dunn be re -appointed to the
Position of City Weigher of the City of Paducah, and that his present
bond continue in force.
BE IT PURTHER RESOLVED that the above take immediate effect
upon the passage of this Resolution.
