BE IT ORDAIIIED BY THE BOARD OF COLII.IISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF P.aDUCAH, KENTUCKY: That Sub -section 5 of Section 2 of an Ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE LP20INTI,MIT OR RE=iTIOIi, BY THE BOARD 0'F COM'ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PtwjC.H, OF CEMIli CITY OFFICERS, r_GENTS AND E1, LOYEES OF THE CITY OF PADUC_H, KENTUCKY, AND FIXING THEIR SALALRIES, PO,=S AND DUTIES", passed by the Board of Commissioners January 3, 1916, and recorded January 3, 1916, which is in words and figures as follows, to -wit: "LICENSE AND TEIGHTS & 1,�E1iSURES INSPECTOR. There shall be appointed by the Board of Commissioners a License and ',eights & I;'easures Inspector, who shall receive a salary of Nine Hundred (0-900.00) Dollars per year, and.who shall be under the direction and supervision of, and perform such duties as may be required of him by the Commissioner of Public Finance and the Board of Commissioners." be, and the same is hereby repealed- and that there be hereby sub- stijmted in lieu of said Sub -section 5 hereby repealed, the following: "Sub -section V. CLERK OF THE CITY OF PtvDUCAH .0D LICENSE INSPECTOR. There shall be and is now created by the 3oard of Commis- sioners an office to be known as the Clerk of the City of Paducah and License Inspector, with combined duties, which shall be filled by appointment by the Board of Commissioners, and which appointee shall receive a salary of Nine ('900.00) Hundred Dollars per year, and who shall be under the direction and supervision of and perform such duties as may be required of him by the Commissioner of Public Finance and the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah."
