Sec. 1. That Sub -section II of Section two (2) of an ordinance entitled

"CLERK. There shall be appointed by the Board of Commissioners
one Clerk to the Board, who shall also be Clerk to, and
under the supervision and direction of the Commissioner of
Public Finance, and who shall receive a salary of dine
Hundred and Sizty (y960.00) Dollars per year. He shall
V perform such duties as are required of him by the Commis-
sioner of Public Finance, and such other duties as may be
required of him by the Board of Commissioners from time
to time."

Sec. 2. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage.
