LBEREAS, the newly elected L?ayor and Commissioners, Burne,
Marton, Gardner and Graves, have received their certificates of
election, taken the oath, executed bond, and qualified as idayor and
Commissioners respectively, of the city of Paducah, and
-MREAS, Hal S. Corbett having vacated the office of
Cor.,missioner of Public Property on the 10th day of Hovember, 1916,
and
"'hEREAS, it appears from the report of J. D. Smith,
expert accountant, that the accounts of said office of Com'r of
Public Property are correct -
BE I4 RESOLVED that the bond of said Hal S. Corbett as
Commissioner of Public Property, said the United States Fidelity E;
Guaranty Co. as surety on said bond, be and they are hereby
released.
