r�HEREAS, it is deemed necessary, and the property holders
abutting thereon and the public gQierally desire the construction of a
twenty :Foot alley lying in the line of the extension of THirtee_nth
street between Tennessee and Jones streets, in the Cit, of Paducah,
Kent ue ky-
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOZID OF CUU.IISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PbDUCiiH, KENTUCKY:
Seca 1. That the alley lying in the line of the extension of Thirteenth
street between Tennessee and Jones streets, in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, being a twenty (20) foot alley, be constructed by grading and
graveling same, and that the cost of said construction be paid for by
the abutting property owners, to be assessed against the abutting prop-
erty, and that the City Solicitor be authorized and directed to bring
in an ordinance therefor.
Sec: 2. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its passage
and record.
