Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky:
Section 1. That a Board of Supervisors, for the purpose of super-
visinF and equalizing the assessment of real and personal property
in the City of Paducah, Kentucky is hereby established.
Section 2. Said Board shall consist of three -persons, r:ho shall be
property ovrners of the City of Paducah and not less than t,enty-
five years of aye, and who shall be elected by the Board of CoLrLnis-
sior_ers of the City of Paduc .h at the first r.,ieeting thereof after
the adoption and publication of this Ordinance, for the ensuing
year.
Section 3. Each member of said Board shall be paid the stun of three
(03.00) dollars a day r.hile in the performance of their duties, and
they shall perform such duties and have such powers as are nor
granted to Boards of Supervisors of cities of the second class
under the laTs of the State of Kentucky.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its
adoption and publication.
