BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C0111ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: That Section 5 0£ an ordinance regulating the use of public ways in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, approved December 14, 1905, be, and the same is hereby amended by adding the words "through or over" between the words "pass -way" and "is", so as to make said Section, when so anended, read as follows, to -wit: "Nothing in this ordinance shall be construed to prohibit the necessary temporary use of the sidewalk by night or day while actually constructing on repairing buildings or repairing vehicles, shipping or receiving goods, cares or merchandise of every kind, and for putting up coal or fuel, provided sufficient pass -way through or over is left for pedestrians." This ordinance to become effective and be in force from and after its adoption, approval and publication. PASSED BY THE BOARD OF COP:uiISSION'ERS SEPTE11BER 5th, 1916. RECORDED BY E.
