i-BEREAS, it is a necessity and desired by the property
owners, that Twenty-fourth street from the North side of Broadway to
the South side of Jefferson street be improved by grading and graveling
same -
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMIJISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF P ADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
Seo. 1. That Twenty-fourth street from the North side of Broadway
to the South side of Jefferson Street, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
be improved by grading and graveling same, all to be charged to and
assessed against the abutting property holders along the line of said
street, and the'City Solicitor' is hereby instructed to bring in an
ordinance providing for said improvement.
Sec. 2. This resolution shall take effect five (5) days after its
passage and record and publication.
