WHERLA3, it is a necessity and desired by the property
holders, that LIonroe STreet commencing on the East line of Lots
Numbers 4 and 13, "Fountain Par]: __ddition", and extending `Jestwardly
300 feet, be improved by grading and graveling same -
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BO RD OF COIZ:ISSIONERS OI' THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, =11TUCKY:
Sec. 1. That Elonroe straet from the East line of lots 4 and 13,
"Fountain Par]: Addition" and extending 1,7estwardly 300 feet, in the City

of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by grading and graveling same, at the
cost of the abutting property holders, and that the City Solicitor be
instructed to bring in an ordinance for the construction thereof. ,
Sec. 2. This -Resolution shall take effect ar-E be in force five days
after its passage, record and publication..
