A RESOLUTION DESIGIIATITIG HAL S. CORBETT AS 1:AYOR PRO TEI.1
OF THE CITY OF P ADUCAH, =ITUCKY.
WHEREAS, there exists now a vacancy in the office of Llayor
Pro tem of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, by reason of a judgment
of the McCracken Circuit Court declaring that the heretofore elected
incumbent, Thomas id. Hazelip, was not duly elected at the Bovember
1915 election and is not nov a qualified or acting Commissioner of
the City of Paducah, non, therefore -
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF C01,1:ISSIO11ERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUChH, KETITUCLY:
Section 1. That Hal S. Corbett be, and he is hereby designated and
elected as E:ayor Pro tem of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, to perform
such duties as such Mayor Pro tem as prescribed by law and ordinances
of the City of Paducah.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its
passage said record.
